Outside of work, Sohana is a puppy and kitten foster mum with The Sushi and Panda Foundation and is committed to the animal rescue cause.

This session, “Unlocking Performance Potential: Harnessing Qualitative Data for Enhanced Recognition and a High-Performance Culture,” will explore how leveraging qualitative employee data can transform recognition programs and drive a culture of excellence.
Attendees will gain insights into the power of qualitative data in understanding the unique needs, motivations, and contributions of their workforce. We will discuss the need for practical strategies for collecting and analyzing this data to create personalized and impactful recognition initiatives. Technology and artificial intelligence play a crucial role in collecting and analyzing qualitative data for employee recognition programs in large organizations by enhancing sentiment and thematic analysis. This session will also address how it can support personalized recognition through personalized recognition for individual employees by collecting and analyzing their preferences, past feedback, and performance data.
